Food as Research Tool: Arne Hendriks / Foodlab Madrid

A few days ago, I had the great fortune to invite Arne Hendriks to speak and participate in my workshop: "Comerse la Calle".
I leave the video of his presentation about his interesting work based on rethinking human food as a political weapon. Great job very ironic and wise.
